Tuna Massage
Tuina massage is a medical massage that has been used in the east for centuries to promote healing of soft tissues, reduce stress, and treat pain. Using traditional massage strokes, with acupressure and intention it improves synergy between muscles and bones and their surrounding tissues while increasing joint flexibility, pain relief, and relaxation. This is light to medium pressure.
Deep Tissue Massage
A tuna massage with deep pressure to treat deeper muscle layers and the focus of the session is on therapeutic relief of pain.
Mineral Muscle Melt Massage
Using our signature Magnesium infused oil, this massage focuses on replacing cellular nutrition to the muscles. This releases muscles that are tense, spastic, inflamed, experiencing frequent cramping and/or pain. Deep Tissue is addition $10.
Lavender Head, Hands, and Feet
50 Minute Massage focusing on the head, face, hands, and feet that activates relaxing pressure points along the way. The massage is combined with wildcrafted, organic French lavender essential oil and hot towels.

To Tibet and Back
Drift off with the sound healing of Tibetan bowls and tuning forks as the vibrations massage every cell in your body. This raises your vibration and eases you into a relaxed and meditative state. Following the sound healing, is a 50 minute massage.
CBD Massage
Tuna Massage is combined with CBD pain salve to be massaged into areas of pain on the body. CBD is helpful for fibromyalgia, MS, old injuries, inflammation, and pain. CBD contains no THC. Deep tissue is an additional $10.

Fire Cupping
Traditional fire cupping provides release through the fascia and muscles to relieve pain, tightness, and restrictions while increasing circulation and blood flow for up to a 2 weeks after treatment. Cupping is a great option for chronic muscle pain, sport injuries, recovery, and detoxification.
Auricular Therapy (Ear Seeds)
