Tuna Massage
Tuina massage is a medical massage that has been used in the east for centuries to promote healing of soft tissues, reduce stress, and treat pain. Using traditional massage strokes, with acupressure and intention, we work to improve synergy between muscles and bones and their surrounding tissues while increasing joint flexibility, pain relief, and relaxation. This is light to medium pressure.
Deep Tissue Massage
A tuna massage with deep pressure to treat deeper muscle layers and the focus of the session is on therapeutic relief of pain.
Mineral Muscle Melt Massage
Using our signature Magnesium infused oil, this massage focuses on replacing cellular nutrition to the muscles. This releases muscles that are tense, spastic, inflamed, experiencing frequent cramping and/or pain. Deep tissue is an additional $10.
50 Minute Massage focusing on the head, face, hands, and feet that activates relaxing pressure points along the way. The massage is combined with wildcrafted, organic French lavender essential oil and hot towels.
Drift off with the sound healing of Tibetan bowls and tuning forks as the vibrations massage every cell in your body. This raises your vibration and eases you into a relaxed and meditative state. Following the sound healing, is a 50 minute massage.

Your Massage is combined with herbal pain salve to be massaged into areas of pain on the body. Deep tissue is an additional $10.

Microneedling with herbal serums, Microneedling and acupuncture around the area with hyaluronic acid and herbs. Each serum is comprised of one addition serum for targeted results. Options for serums are dark spot remover, dull/dry skin, acne prone, and aging skin.

Fire Cupping

Swarovski crystals are placed on clear adhesive strip with ear seed on the underside. Common uses are for addition, pain, weight loss, headaches, anxiety, insomnia, and PTSD.
Gua Sha (Scrapping)
Gua Sha, or scraping massage, is an ancient Chinese technique that is used to break up obstructions and knots in the soft tissue and muscles. It also helps to move lymph fluid and swelling. Gus She is regularly used in tendonitis, arthritis, muscle pain, and joint restrictions.
